| Dr. Anna McCauley |
Dr. Anna McCauley has been with CGUHSD for
nine years. She has taught English, Creative Writing, and AIMS tutoring.
Anna also has experience as a volleyball coach, an English Department Chair, and an assistant principal at Casa Grande Union High School.
In the current 2007-2008 school year, she is also teaching an
online junior English course and teaches for Ms. Riva each
Friday; these experiences enable her to stay connected to
students and the classroom environment.
Anna graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in English. After spending two years in industry, she decided to pursue her dream of teaching. Thus, she re-entered the University of Arizona post-bac
and received an additional bachelor's degree in psychology and
her teaching credential. Being committed to lifelong learning,
Anna entered a Master's Degree program at Northern
Arizona University in January 2002 and graduated in December of
the same year. The following fall, she entered a Doctoral
Program at Arizona State University and graduated with her doctorate in May, 2006.
